Mansin Humanity
I tried watching this last weekend while I was really high and had to turn it off like 7 minutes in because I couldn't handle it. Then I watched it again the other night while sober and thought it was fucking hilarious. Gotta try again high.omgmansinyouresuchapussy

sweetness
I love how people are trying to analyze this and make sense of it, as if it has some sort of deeper meaning. It's just a great parody of 80's sitcoms that adult swim aired at 4am with no explanation to scare the shit out of whatever burnt-out kids were still up watching, which makes it that much funnier.
TeeJay410
I love how people are trying to analyze this and make sense of it, as if it has some sort of deeper meaning. It's just a great parody of 80's sitcoms that adult swim aired at 4am with no explanation to scare the shit out of whatever burnt-out kids were still up watching, which makes it that much funnier.Well while no deep meanings may have been intended, there is a reason why it works on such a level that many other 80's TV parodies haven't. That's where the analysis comes in. The gist I gather is that it works so well because it quite literally is a destruction of nostalgia, the redundant regurgitation of classic television by the immediate access to it via the Internet, buzzfeed lists, even shows currently on TV attempting to recreate the old formulas, have more or less killed any legitimate nostalgia. It's as if there is nothing to miss anymore, Full House can be as much of a part of every day life as it was in 1992. That's where the show becoming real to the character's nvolved comes in. The Serial killer literally dissects every bit and piece of the show(s), and literally internalizes them. Scroll across your newsfeed on Facebook and you'll see buzzfeed lists doing this exact thing, "10 things you didn't notice about family matters," "15 times Full House hit you right in the emotions." The scene in the hospital is the self awareness of this phenomenon, and its inescapability. The nostalgia is contagious and become consuming, almost to the point where nostalgia is reality. But all of that could just be my literature degree talking. Jakey Styley
Looks like a shitty director saw a Tim and Eric project and was inspired.
