It's a partial reunion or 20+ studio tracks.  That's a harder question, even though I like the reunion.

It is what it is, a fun little tune on a cartoon. I must say Axl sounds pretty fuckin good. The song and lyrics are shite - but his straight up ‘rock’ vocals are better than his vocals on 90% of Chinese IMO

This honestly sounds like a song ACDC would record.  I agree it's shite, but it 100% could be an ACDC studio release.  Their recent albums have some cheesy as lyrics.

I am leaning toward reunion, I think it's hard to say "reunion without question" when you put it up against 20+ new tracks.  I guess if you are one of the people that hated CD, you wouldn't care, but outside of that particular class of fans, hard to say no to the vault.

It is "reunion without question x100" if we have our cake and eat it too, meaning if we get this stuff anyway, but with Slash and Duff added in.   

Only half related, when I was in Highschool,  can't remember if it was 1991 or 92, we had some exchange students from Germany, there were 5 of them, and 2 had Nazi tats, and one had a Nazi necklace.  It was a big thing, because our school was half Jewish.  They claimed it had a completely different meaning in Germany, pleaded ignorance.  We didn't have the internet back then, and one of our teachers backed up their story.  Still don't think it's true.  I had heard that the Nazi's and the war were pretty taboo in Germany, but they couldn't have been ignorant to what it meant, could they?  A lot of Euro peeps here, anyone know?

Yes, the new context, a lot of the words on this list aren't new words per say, the context they are being used in, or their "repurposing" is new/in fashion in 2018

I like all of the album with GnR lineage but my absolute favorites are:

Slash's Snakepit - It's Five O'clock Somewhere  (The music on 2/3 of this album sounds like pre-breakup GnR, minus Axl.)

Izzy Stradlin and the JuJu Hounds  ( I love all of Izzy's work and some of my favorite all time songs are on this album.)

Neurotic Outsiders  ( Nobody ever really mentions this album, so I guess it isn't all that great, but I fucking loved it)

Liked literally everything they have done post the original run, minus the 2nd and 3rd ones Slash did with Myles.  Their debut was great.

I'm so jaded at this point, I look at every bit of info from the band like it's the devil proposing a deal, I know there is an out in it somewhere, and I'll get banged in the ass at the end.

PS.  Have to lol at the interviewer asking about "rushing" out an album.  Dafuq?  Yeah, don't want them to rush out an album 10 years after the bands last album, and 30 years after Axl/Duff/Slash last released something.  That's just too fast to have any quality...

I think we sometimes forget these are human beings.  I think if we keep that in mind, it isn't so unfathomable if we have ever been in a long relationship that went south.  In that moment in time you can't stand the other person and need to get away.  Years later, with limited exposure to said person, it doesn't seem so bad.    I've never been in a mega band, but I would imagine it isn't all that different from living with someone you are dating.  These guys were together all the time, in stressful environments putting up with each others idiosyncrasies.  It's like living with a girl that monopolizes your time, and you aint even trying to bang her.  I think after a time, everything is nails on a chalkboard.

But, anyway, I digress. Those guys patching it up for a few hours at a time, a decade later is not all that different from you or I hugging that bitch you called a cunt and threw a beer can on after dating her for 4 months in high school.   I suppose, if all people really had was videos of that break up, they would ask the same question  "I wonder why he's hugging that cunt, he was just talking shit about her 4 years ago."

That first trailer?  it's a 2 minute lecture on humans ruining the environment, and how the only way to save earth is to find and release the titans.  Toward the end of the trailer, we see Godzilla shooting fire breath into the smog/clouds to let the sunlight in.

It's an opinion thing, imo, reversing global warming by releasing a bunch of giant monsters to blow away the bad stuff is dumb.

I really like the new Godzilla, and he's one of my original all time favorites.  I'll watch this new one, and I'll like it, but the plot looks really, really dumb.
