  1. Which biography? He's written a few, hasn't he? I don't think Oklahoma was ever the name for Rhiad, they were always different songs. In the 2008 chats Axl said Oklahoma became Berlin... but he also called Hardschool "Jackie Chan" so who knows what the real titles are...
  2. They kind of already dropped it last year, they only played it once on the South American leg and once on the Australian leg. The slow version should be a staple though...
  3. Duff's released 2 albums if we're including Loaded (The Taking was released in 2011), plus he played on all of Sebastian Bach's album Give Em Hell, 2 Walking Papers albums, that Max Creeps project from last year... and obviously there's albums where he plays on a few songs like Iggy's and Ozzy's albums...
  4. What makes you think that? Tommy talked about teaching him the chords for Rhiad. The solo on Perhaps is Robin...
  5. Tommy confirmed it a couple years ago, even mentioned Brian complaining about the "fucking jazz chords" on Rhiad. I thought it was common knowledge on here at this point, I'm surprised to still see people claiming Brian's on Perhaps...
  6. Brian only played on Catcher, Atlas and Rhiad. The solo on Perhaps is almost definitely Robin.
  7. Robin Finck solo* But yea the solo on Perhaps is great.
  8. It wasn't me who said it earlier, but I agreed with them
  9. Thanks for finally changing the thread title, that was driving me crazy
  10. If they'd replaced TIL and SOD with Perhaps and the slow You're Crazy, this would almost be a perfect setlist. Definitely a pleasant surprise for most of us who didn't give a shit about this tour a couple days ago... Hopefully they drop Perhaps sooner than later though, the way they dragged out the Hardschool release was annoying.
  11. Did you get Down On The Farm? Really want to see that one...
  12. Was just about to post that. Nice to hear Melissa loud in the chorus...
  13. Only heard a clip of Anything Goes that Del posted on twitter, Axl sounded a little better than expected. Definitely looking forward to seeing videos of Pretty Tied Up, Bad Obsession and Down On The Farm.
  14. 1987. I've given them lots of shit over the years for the stale setlists, but if they play Perhaps tonight then it'll be basically a perfect setlist...
  15. Nice! Looking forward to watching some videos in a few hours
  16. What's the setlist at this point? Are Bad Obsession and Down On The Farm the only additions?
  17. Really? It's easy to find on youtube, and it's a great song
  18. Slash has been wildly underwhelming on the CD songs so far, but I still want to hear his take on Perhaps. Axl would still sound good singing it live too.
  19. Over half? I think the only "must play" hits are WTTJ, SCOM, November Rain, KOHD and PC. The other fan-favourite staples are Easy, Brownstone, LALD, Estranged, YCBM, Patience and Nightrain. Given they usually play 25-30 songs, they could change up at least half the setlist and still keep everyone happy. Hopefully Bad Obsession and Pretty Tied Up replace Better and Rocket Queen. Dropping Hardschool for Perhaps (or whatever their next single is) would be nice too. I wouldn't be disappointed if Coma and YCBM were dropped either...
  20. Is anyone expecting anything different though? At this point the only "surprise" will be whether or not they play Black Hole Sun.
  21. Having seen both, I'd way rather see Dirty Honey as an opener than AIC. The Warning would be cool too. I saw AIC open for GNR 3 times in 2016 though...
  22. Another "Live From London" EP tacked onto a single would be awesome. 1. Perhaps 2. Atlas 3. Sailing 4. Sway I can dream...
