I remember the wait and anticipation of the release.  I rushed to Ralf's records in Lubbock as soon as my classes ended and was worried they would already be sold out. Thankfully I went home with LPs I and II. 

@Iron MikeyJ, the only certainty that any of us have is the present. It's why we shouldn't spend too much time thinking about the past or stressing about tomorrow. Sounds like you're doing everything right, spending time with those you love. 

The IRS. I was audited in 2012 and the IRS agreed with my return and sent certified letter stating. This after a year providing every financial document. However the audit division didn't share their decision with the annual tax return department as now every tax return is held referencing the 2012 audit 🤔

Hi. I follow on iHeart. Another very enjoyable episode. I have to admit that my opinions of Goldstein might have softened a bit after listening. He appears to be in a good place in his life now.

Thanks for sharing @Slapshot61!  Seeing such material is a dream for many GnR fans. We know they exist but never think we'll see them. Recently GnR material was taken down from YouTube which makes many suspicious. But the tapes were certainly not yours to steal and share.

@RussTCB, it makes me flash back to the claims about playing Stairway to Heaven backwards and how rock bands put subliminal messages on their albums. 😆

What in the hell?! Niven is condemning lyrics because they're on the "dark side" and saying he never would have allowed Axl to perform with AC/DC with their stage set? Maybe Niven should have been more concerned about what was happening with Axl and preventing some of the shit while he was manager of GnR. Niven has obviously lost touch with reality. Blaming music for causing people to kill or become evil?

@marlingrl03, a 7 earthquake is very scary. Thankfully you weren't hurt and hopefully Barley boo and Quinn will return to their happy kitty selfs soon!

Great job @Gambit83and @ZoSoRose! Not the easiest interview but as always you didn't get flustered or inpatient with him. The Goldstein tweet to Fern took me by surprise, he wasn't with GnR during AFD which the box set celebrates. I really thought that came from left field. Niven had been better to not even reply but we all knew that wasn't going to happen. Regardless the bickering and attacks are bad for GnR.

I agree! I couldn't find it on any of the streams. If someone knows at what minute, let me know. I'd LOVE to hear it live!!! Meegan commented on her stream about Slash's Zeppelin shirt. They were both wearing them though unplanned but she got it for him.

Fascinating theories @soon I think Axl just likes the imagery of crucifix. He's certainly not alone in that and most that I know who have many in their homes are not Religious. As for his tshirts, today I think he wears them because he likes the graphics on them. But such tshirts that he wore in the early 90's like the Manson and Jesus shirt, I really thought throughout that period he was just seeing what he could get away with wearing. 

Axl sounds great! That's one of the best Patience and WTTJ.
