Never Mind the Bloocks changed the music scene forever, influencing tons and tons of acts.

Appetite for Destruction was a good mainstream Rock record of the era.

This ^

They're both great records, and very interesting comparison. But Bollocks rang a little bit more true for me. Plus

The Pistols were a huge influence on GNR.

And if we want punk, Duff is the best punker ever.

And some say I'm ignorant.

In fairness Duff played with Thunders when he was a sperm and was in a band called the Fartz; he also, in later life, made a damn fine record with Jones. It is however a pity Duff joined the band Guns N' Roses as his punk credentials seemed to decrease at the same rate as the peroxide in his barnet increased. The promo for November Rain - so I hear - is a great one at McKagan family gatherings - puts the father of the house in an excellent mood.
