The wrong question are being asked Palestine has never existed as a country, they are only the outcast jordanians, syrians, lebanese, egyptians... It's political fantasy. The Philistines were Greek. But most of all, it's private ownership of the land after the Ottoman empire.

The timetable in vienna has also been corrected - so don't expect anything it just means the show lasts a bit longer - that's it - nothing special

The person who opened this topic is just trolling. He actually responded in both the Nijmegen topic AND the extra 'set times' topic which were both about the extended schedule, so why this additional topic was opened...? Probably just to troll a few fellow-GNR-fans going to the show in Israel.

Hypothesis. Not confirmed.

Says nothing. None of the states in the Middle East existed before WWI and their border more or less correspond to the pre-existing British and French protectorates.

Nations and national identities are products of the modern era and it's still an ongoing process, with either a national movement leading to the establishment of a nation-state/country or or the establishment of the nation state creates the national identity (the case of most existing middle-eastern countries).

My bet is Rush's 2112 with Axl doing the high notes in full rasp before annoucing the rest of the tour is cancelled because he now wants to make a babymetal tribute band with Angus Young and Chris Pitman
