arnold layne
I'm not asking whether if you believe in God, I'm not asking if you are a Christian, and I'm not even asking if you consider yourself a spiritual person. I am asking whether you believe Jesus existed in history.
Lithium
The historical person is likely to have existed, but I highly doubt that he had supernatural powers.
Snake-Pit
I believe all my views are here: http://www.mygnrforum.com/index.php?/topic/209187-jesus-never-existed/Of course Jesus existed, and maybe he wasn't the result of a virgin birth, but a Roman solider who had his way with Mary and that might have traumatised her or, she and Joesph might have lied, for fear of the Romans. That's why he looked kind of white/European.I think. There are records of his crucifixion in the Vatican I believe. Jesus of Nazareth. The historical person is likely to have existed, but I highly doubt that he had supernatural powers. What, you mean he couldn't fly?

jekylhyde
Do I believe there was a teacher named Jesus living in the Middle East some 2000 years ago? Yes.Am I on the fence about his "supernatural powers" and resurrection? Sadly, yes. Edited March 1, 2015 by jekylhyde

Len Cnut
Honestly, for me to say it, to claim it a reality based on the information out there thats available, none of it is enough for me to really be comfortable saying one way or the other. I certainly dont believe all the religious miracle son of God stuff, whether the man existed...still cant say for certain. And it wouldnt make much difference to me either way. Im a very sceptical chappie in a general sense so i dont think i can rightly make claims about shit that happened amongst people in a far off land, especially when theres so much misinformation out there, as evidenced by the fact that nobody agrees on who or what Jesus was, everybody has their own one, so we know ahead of time its a subject people are fond of lying about...so could we ever know really? Bumblefeet
I believe in Bill O'ReillyAll spinzone aside, I think there would have to have been someone that the Christian Jesus was based on, but obviously not the son of God. Probably won Bethlehem idol.
DieselDaisy
It is not even a question of belief. He did exist. There is too much pagan corroborating evidence.
