It is sold out. The field is split into 2 parts I am guessing the front section is more expensive. If people haven't paid attention to the tour they probably assume that Axl will be late. It happened at the LA shows but they started anyway. Thats not what he meant. you misunderstood what he said. he saying that people for the people that arent die hards and have been keeping track of the tour may be under the assumption that Axl is still habitually tardy, and as such they the fans may be running late because of it.
