  1. You are very optimistic. Aerosmith are my favorite band but they haven't even been able to complete a Vegas residency as of late.. I admire your faith and do hope you are correct.. Now back to Slash! This album and tour should be a blast!
  2. It appears to be being very well received from what I have seen
  3. Teddy Zig Zag is involved. I fear that he will be the vocalist for the tour. Teh Blues ball was cool and all but he was fucking terrible on vocals.. Please don't fuck this up Slash! lol
  4. I ordered the signed Vinyl! Last one I bought was the WOF CD.. I got the CD after that for free when I bought my concert tickets, but I never even opened it.. Stoked for this release! I hope there are some live shows to go with it.. I bet he does something but probably just a handful of shows.
  5. Certainly possible that they recorded a song. Also wouldn't be surprised to see Steven appear on other songs adding harmonica. We shall see. This album also has potential to have a legit hit.
  6. This album could be a monster. I love the title and artwork too..
  7. t has the same vibe as the original. I am a big Howlin Wolf fan (he was my avatar on here for years) and think they did a great job.
  8. Damn.. Wasn't expecting Bad Apples.. That was great.. I couldn't help picturing Axl trying to sing this and how awful it would sound.
  9. Slash said it was going to be a "Blues Oriented" record.. I would expect it to be more blues based rock with maybe a couple traditional blues songs... I would have liked a full on Blues album but looking forward to it none the less
  10. The 91 show was the first without Izzy unfortunately.
  11. I would take Todd over Myles any day. Myles may have all the range and talent in the world but his work with Slash is generic and voice can be grating as hell. I am an enormous Slash fan. I ahve devoured every piece of music he has released for decades. Never missed a show. Now I haven't bought an album or seen a show since World on Fire. Mostly due to Myles. I am really looking forward to his next solo album though.
  12. There was that picture of Slash in the studio with Steven Tyler last year. Steven can rock some blues...
  13. I am very excited for this album. I haven't been able to get into anything Gn'R related since World on Fire.. Hopefully Myles does not make an appearance.
  14. Well that just made my day.. Todd sounded fucking great too.
  15. Boston MA 1993 Worcester MA 1991 Foxboro MA 1992 Foxboro MA 2016 Boston MA 2023 Vegas 2016 Boston 2017 Boston 2002*
  16. Just popped up on my youtube feed. First time I heard the song.. At first listen it is terrible.. Video as well.
  17. My farts are better than Chinese Democracy.... I prefer 5 o'clock over ALG... Not a big Rod Jackson guy...
  18. Ever since they jammed together a few years ago, I have dreamed about them making a proper Blues record together.
  19. I actually haven't heard it. Aside from maybe seeing them live, I just don't care too much about this lineup or what they do any more. I Just heard The General for the first time because the new video just popped up on my youtube feed. If they keep diluting the setlist with all these "new" songs not sure if I will even continue to go see them live.
