  1. I have evidence, nothing I could discuss or share outside of a closed, private setting. The list I have has additional info, it's a screen shot of an email, obviously some of it is confidential. The actual file on my PC was last modified January 20, 2011. I recall getting it around that time. But in short, it lists Tonto, Cuban Skies, Nothin and Perhaps, and "4 Heavens" which is likely referring to the different versions of KOHD the band was working on, also confirmed by the Village leaks. MSL more than likely listed those songs in one of his videos because he presumably also had this list then, among other things. I was thinking about that earlier today! It's a hunch, but I don't know that for certain.
  2. I was referring to the list, which is real, I can assure you 100%. It's sad we will probably get worse versions of those songs with the NITL lineup. GN'R is holding out on us though, I believe they are releasing what has leaked first, at least for the most part, then comes the gems.
  3. A few folks had it as long ago as 2011, myself included. It has other Village songs on it. Here's a screen shot of it:
  4. If they put Perhaps on a CD I hope they include more than one additional "new" song and more than two live NITL songs. The Hard Skool EP gets boring fast. 2 more tracks would have made better use of a CD. Perhaps with The General and Atlas or reworked Oh My God and 2-3 live songs would be pretty cool. Then do that one more time with what they have left then release the 2010 CD2 but with all of Bumblefoot's work removed in favor of restoring Buckethead's parts. It was not, it was intended for CD2 or 3 based on the CD2 song list that was from before the 2008 album was released.
  5. 2010 I have a few second clip from older than that recorded on a flip phone (most likely) at a private party. You can make out some instrumental and it sounds like Axl is saying "one time". The original poster said they also played Better, and after showing interest in the other song to the dude with the laptop playing DJ, he realized he knew there could be trouble and flaked out. He contemplated stealing the laptop.
  6. I assume these jukeboxes are plugged into external speakers throughout the establishments they are in. All someone has to do it adapt it to 3.5mm audio out to a line in jack in a laptop or PC and use Audacity or similar to record the analog audio. Good, after his mixing of Absurd and Hard Skool, serves him right if true.
  7. Someone with afterhours or whatever access to these jukeboxes may be able to utilize the "analog loophole" by recording the track through an output intended for speakers from the device. I've done this before. You can do it with Audacity and the right hardware, just want to make sure you don't clip the wave form and that it's recording the stereo tracks, if you clip the waveform it will sound like a Death Magnetic song.
  8. I hope he reads my posts about Bucket's parts as well. Especially for Soul Monster, OMG, and Tonto!
  9. So we need to go to the bar to enjoy this song. Sort of like how some Burger Kings are the only place you can still get Surge soda.
  10. I get GN'R when searching for The General on Spotify. Hasn't worked in months. It's happening!
  11. I listened to the bar recording 3 times or so. I'm not going to listen to it again until a proper/quality file is out there.
  12. I wish they would release this already so I can buy it in high res audio then play it 10 times in a row.
  13. I can't get past how bad that transition is. They should of either did that better, or better yet, kept Robin's solo 100%, or, at the very least, told Slash to play Robin's high note first.
  14. I am so happy they kept the beginning of Robin's solo. I TOLD YOU THEY WOULD KEEP SOME OF ROBIN AND BUCKET. Horrible cut and paste job from Robin's part to Slash's part though. Jarring. Vocals sound re-worked a bit, very nice. Can't wait for an actual release, or high quality leak.
  15. I bet a handful or more of the songs would have vocals at that point. I don't believe the locker leaks to have been 100% of all of the material with vocals at that point, but surely they had a majority.
  16. The General artwork looks awful. Sadly, I'm not sure if GN'R could come up with something better. What gives it away is the abrupt end of the shield or whatever that is into black.
  17. We are due for a good leak any day now! The last major one was in 2019. Surely, in time, more will come.
  18. Wouldn't it be funny if a hoarder leaks a 2004-2008 mix of Perhaps, which would likely have a few noticeable differences from the 2000 mix we have, then everyone assumes its the final mix of the song that leaked? This more or less was the thought initially with the 2008 9-song leak, though they were older demos.
  19. Thank you! The funny thing is, even if they release Perhaps soon, we still have not got a song that hasn't leaked prior to release since 2008. (Scraped, Sorry, and This I Love) I really cant imagine the current lineup doing justice on the Bucket-heavy Village tunes, or things like Zodiac. My wishful thinking is Axl is sticking with some of the older, pre-NITL versions of some songs on an eventual new album, with the half a dozen re-worked songs like Absurd, Hard Skool, etc. If this somehow is the case, they would need to do a better job mixing and mastering the re-worked songs, if the CD-era tracks are mixed like the Village demos or the 2008 album, otherwise, the contrast of the songs would be far too great. It could be done though, just imagine the 2008 album, Slash could have easily played leads on half of those songs, and no one would have thought anything of it. Perhaps TB/Axl read several of the posts here where folks were concerned with Slash's solo, in favor of Robin's, so they decided to work Robin's solo back into the track, which would warrant a remix and new mastering of the song.
  20. After Perhaps comes out, can’t we then know it’s “number” (I forget the correct term, it’s a type of registration) and see if it fits along with the number range reserved that also includes Hard Skool and Absurd?
  21. I have the US version of the vinyl, and it is awful quality! I've considered selling it, and using the money towards the superior EU pressing.
  22. Hard Skool borrowed a little from Eye On You. Nothing was on the CD2 list in 2008 as "Nothin", as a song considered for it. So that implies they worked on it since the 2000 mix, or at least still viewed it as something they wanted to finish and release.
