I get that many people don't like Wichita (it's a matter of preference), but, like I said, whether one likes it or not, they're doing a really good rendition of it and it currently sounds better than some of their own songs (I prefer hearing Wichita than Better, for example). The musical arrangement is great and Axl shines on it - I watched a video of it from one of the recent shows and it really gave me Salt of The Earth vibes.

It'll be almost at the end of the tour (they'll have to play one more show after the two back to back shows in L.A.), so I guess it won't affect him.

GN'R have another show tomorrow night, so they're probably already on the road to Sacramento.

So it doesn't seem that there'll be a show in Las Vegas, unless it's after Nov. 5.

Then maybe Nov. 2 at the Hollywood Bowl, otherwise it will be after the Nov. 5 Mexico show.

Different strokes etc. and as for slow song, GN'R have a few of them. But whether someone likes the song or not, it's undeniable that GN'R have been doing a great live version of it. I'd really like a studio version (as a b-side or bonus track).

They just could play both like at other shows. Their cover of Wichita Lineman is exceptional.

I think someone posted a video with it from 2011 - I don't remember what show - a while back.

I don't think it was a label party or anything like that. It wasn't unusual for Axl to play unreleased material at after parties. It just happened that someone recorded some clips at that particular party. Wasn't the orchestral intro played at 2011 shows as well?

This has been answered many times. People can hear bits of the orchestral intro that was played at shows in 2006-11 on the cellphone clip. That intro was officially confirmed to be from The General.
