Could be half way through a chorus really, hard to tell that the clip starts at the beginning of it. I would look at licence free music from the 80's. If it came from either tv or video in the 80's then an ad is one option. But has anyone looked at workout videos? They were pretty big back then and I doubt many had the budget to shell out for actual songs. They probably used cheery happy pop music they didn't need to pay much for.

You did have other Dems trying like Marianne Williamson for example but from the outside looking in it would appear like the fix is in to a degree. Other campaigns would only get momentum if they receive decent coverage and outlets like MSNBC are not going to give exposure for those candidates on the same level as Biden. Now that could be because those candidates hold positions and have policies that might not be in interest of those who own media & so they don't give them exposure. Or it could well be that they feel it is so dangerous from there perspective to endure a second Trump presidency that they feel they have to push Biden to the moon, they may feel that he has a better chance of beating Trump than say Cenk Uygur. We will find out if they are right or not. As far as the left goes generally speaking for people under the age of say 40 or so they get there news and political opinion from online channels like TYT, Majority Report, Secular Talks ect Biden is far from popular in those circles. But probably the majority of people inclined to vote Dem get there info from MSNBC, CNN and legacy media. Those old school media will push for Biden and they will push the narrative that 'the steaks have never been higher' & in this election they may be right on that. The problem is that when that narrative is pushed in the build up to every election (& it is) people just wind up completely disengaged. At least that's how it looks to me from the outside looking in. Will be interesting to see what happens.

This but Paradise city should be replaced by The Asshole song and Slash should have a robot dancing solo spot in the middle. Also Brain should probably step in for Adler who will be relegated to waving Pitmans towel, and Fortus should replace Izzy. Teddy Zig Zag should replace Mellissa but be forced to wear the same gear as it would confuse the rest of the band, particularly Brain.

Aside from individual members playing at sports based stuff like Slash doing US national anthem, DJ doing the same (but not as good) & Mellissa & Brain, I don't think GNR have ever done something at a sporting event of any kind, and if they had wanted to the time to do it would have been 2016 I think. So I doubt it.

Was the song called Registered? Assuming your not conflating it with what Blackstar means it could be Registered. It was a track someone claimed was real around 2012/13. & it was a young guy in England working at a studio within a university. I forget the name of the place but I looked into the studio (which existed) & the guy may well have worked there or gone to Uni there, but I doubt the track itself is real. I think it was somebody just trying to get on a trading ladder by using BS From memory I think it was 2 instrumentals and a song that was just piano but I think was supposed to have scratch vocals i think.
