packersnroses
Maybe the "surprises" will start after Rosie.Hopefully. Why would they charge for a stream if it's just gonna be a normal show?Because people want to pay for it? I don't really understand the question.This. Stupidest question ever. They've clearly seen that forummers like getting choppy streams of the gig, and so why not give them the quality product for a small price? Win for us, win for them.Stupidest question ever? Really?I thought it was quite logical being that both Fernando and DJ said they're would be surprises, then made a stream available maybe because they planned something special and wanted us to be able to see it. I'm not complaining about the stream, just wondering why now if this is a normal show. Edited December 22, 2011 by packersnroses

There might be something about the choice behind these shows, but personally I don't really expect any surprises. Just think they did it as a way of making more money, and giving something to the fans.I'm delighted with just the normal setlist, but it'd be kinda cool if they threw a curveball in there. Nothing mega. Scraped would be cool, Nice Boys, just something that doesn't get played often. But I'm not expecting, just hoping!

Estranged Reality
Not a fan of this rasp to be honest. It's very scratchy, needs a bit of work.My god What? The rasp has sounded a lot better in recent years.he only really hits the rasp when he's belting out short screams, like the end of whole lotta rosie or individual parts of civil war. it's not something he typically maintains for more than a verse or two. the dude's voice just can't handle it anymore, i guess. sings in more of a falsetto now.might be one of the first rock singers to completely change the method in which he sings over time. i still love it, but a lot of times i think if you put axl '88 as an opener for axl '11 people wouldn't ever think for a moment they were the same person. voice is just totally different.
