Axl snake Posted November 1, 2012 Share Posted November 1, 2012 So last night I booked a flight for the 17th and 18th shows, and after carefully following the sites tickets, and VIP packages since they've been posted I figured everything would be fine, and it was... Logged into the guns site, loaded the events page (I clear my history every few hours so I know it wasn't stored info) and selected the dates, and packages I wanted, added to cart, and proceeded to check out. My payment was declined, called the card company they said all was well, and I tried again... On;y this time when the events page loaded the 17th-24th were completely blacked out, and since Ticketmaster has been back and forth as to their availability., It's fluctuating between high, and zero. I can't imagine the dates would have all sold out, and the dates 14th, and other would still be available, and I'm worried about picking up tickets for Ticketmaster (when they do appear available) for fear that these shows may not actually happen... I'm certainly not trying to scare anyone with tickets for the 17th and on, but if anyone has info as to how this is all happening please let me know... Hopefully I didn't just waste a flight! You can get insurance from ticketmaster if you are worried about it. It is like 6 bucks a ticket. I ALWAYS get this. You can also get flight insurance as well. Though I don't know why you would be worried, GNR has missed what 3 shows in 200 GNR is one of the most consistent performing bands in the world now. This is not 2002.I had to use it once when i broke my jaw. Got ALL my money back, wasnt hard to do.It is well worth the risk, the shows are amazing now, Axl plays for hours, and vegas is a blast. Faq says tickets usually ship 2-3 weeks before event date. I have nov. 7th tickets.That's the show I'm still waiting on my tickets to arrive from grnd cntrl tooFinally shipped tickets- expected date of arrival is day of show. WTF? I also noticed this and am quite upset about it since I was kind of planning the same. Fortunately I have not booked airline tix yet. However, and not to doubt your story or anything, I would be surprised if VIP tix were available for the 17th since they weren't 2 days ago. 18th was but not the 17th. But yes, this has happened before with ground control and will no doubt happen again. I sent facebook messages to Beta, Fernando and Jarmo but have not heard anything, Also tried to contact Jarmo on HTGTH, and Fernando via gunsnroses.com. I spoke to them today, and they're going to try and grandfather me in seeing as how it was in my cart, and an issue with their system... Where are the best seats to sit I want to know the Best seats in the house have never been to the venue We cant do GA Because my girl has had surgery on her feet also are there just folding chairs in 102 and 101 thanks for the help!!! From the seating chart, it looks like the floor seats right behind the pit are good seats and not a bad price too. Go through ticketmaster.com so you can see where the seats are from the chart. Val22 Posted November 2, 2012 Share Posted November 2, 2012 Since GNR are playing Vegas for 12 amazine shows, who famous would you like to see attend a show and maybe perform with Axl and GNR?I would love to see S Bach come onstage and sing with Axl or maybe Steven Adler show up and play drums on a song.I'm hoping that since this is Vegas and many many famous artists live there now, so it would be cool if they came out and supported GNRI think Vince Neil should come onstage and he and Axl should make up and sing together!
