Was having a lot of trouble with my lower back which was messing with my schedule for awhile. It subsided for awhile up until yesterday where I was doing a type of bent over, reverse fly type workout for my upper back. Could hardly do anything the rest of the night and it kept me out of the gym today too. Hoping it's better by Monday.

How do guys and gals bulk so easy? It was easier for me to loose weight, than its been to gain it.

That being said, a year and half ago ago, I was 150lbs.... I'm now about 176, and no one has ever once said It looks like I gained weight, just more muscular. So i guess ive unintentionally done a slow bulk which is better. Yesterday I had 3 or 4 cups of coffee, a large Italian sub, large cheeseburger sub with mayonnaise, a few fries, Gatorade, oatmeal with peanut butter and some healthy shake thing with berries, protein powder and all that good stuff.

I eat a lot, its tough to eat clean and bulk, at least for me. I'd like to be 185lbs by May 1st though, is 5lbs a month too much?
