1.6 mile run yesterday, 1.2 mile walk today, go on the bike this evening...

Good start to the training program, just 6 weeks to go!

Does walking actually do fuck all? Shit, i been walking more than the above mentioned distances daily since i was in secondary school.

Certainly does for me, I've got necrosis of the knee joints so I have to severely limit my impact sports. Walking keeps the muscle strong and supports the damaged bone.

My 2 mile run on Thirsday night was great, but I need to get back on the bike before the muscles are ruined.

Gotta be up in 8 hours for swimming. Wouldn't normally mind, but I only had 4 hours sleep last night, and 4 hours the night before.

I can't wait for 3pm when my workouts for the day are done and I can just relax.

Not losing any weight at the moment annoyingly, I am desperate to lose the half a stone I need to so I am at pre-illness weight. That is perfection for me.
