Lost 19 seconds in the first 2 miles, pulled back 14 seconds over the next 4 miles, then lost 3 seconds over the rest of the course. Need to produce more power. Because of my work schedule and the fact I'm not dancing, I have to be more intentional about making sure I eat the right things, regardless of how much exercise I can fit in.For workouts, I've been going to body combat and insanity classes a couple of times a week. I finally got my membership sorted out for the gym so I'm going to figure out a routine that works for me. The classes are helping with muscle tone, I need to get in more cardio just now to lean out a bit, and do more focused weight training to hit the areas I want to that the classes don't cover.
