Chewbacca Posted May 27, 2015 Share Posted May 27, 2015 Well, if you have proofs that someone killed someone then you can convict him, but if you don't have any proofs that it was cold blooded, and you gotta be a 100% sure, then you can't sentence him to death, but he will still go to jail, probably due to an irresponsible action that led to someone's death.
