Yah….not sure where you are getting this. They are never going to given an award as the most fam friendly band in the world. I always thought that at times GNR management saw us hardcore forum dwelling fans as more of a nuisance than anything else (I keep flip flopping on that, I know Fernando does reach out on occasion). Never got that. They don't release lots of records and they don't communicate much since 1993, but contempt? Seems like Axl, Duff and Slash have always been fan friendly when they have met with fans.
