Account deletion?

It can only be done in the Admin section. As a rule we don't like to delete accounts because if too many people do it a lot of historical threads stop making sense because account deletion removes all posts associated with the account.

Any particular reason you want to delete? I ask this because you've been a member here a long time.

Sorry for the late response, I am not really active online these days.

No need for a pm about this, I totally understand why accounts don't get deleted often, it makes sense.

I will sign out and take a sabbatical and see if I've changed my mind.

There are a few different reasons as to why I am doing this, and none of it is personal, really.

I've lost all interest in Guns N' Roses (as they are, now). Nothing about the "band" excites me these days. 

And with everything going on in the world, I am quite tired of social media, etc.

Thanks to both of you alfierose & GunsGuy for the quick responses. It's appreciated.

I hope that a break will help as I have enjoyed almost all of the 19 years I've been a member here.

Could someone delete my account please?

I spend too much time here and it goes nowhere. As long as I have the account, I just keep coming back logging in.

Don't think I'm gonna make a new account or anything, just want my account gone and if possible all my content deleted.

Use this, you set a limit for how long you can use a site and then once you hit you can't get access again until the next day/week etc.
