They're not breaking up Omega/Ibushi after a few months after waiting years and years to do a reunion. They're not WWE.

Maybe Kenny wins the title and Ibushi the G-1, but I wouldn't be surprised if that doesn't happen and Naito's in that Dome main event instead.

Outside chance they do it at Bukodan hall during the G-1 Finals, but I'd expect them to save it.

I agree, assuming Kenny is staying. I could see him winning the belt at Dominion, dropping to Kota at the dome, and debuting in the Royal Rumble, too. He's got the ball in his court as far as that goes.

Do you think the Young Bucks will win the Heavyweight Tag Team Championships at the first attempt?

I was watching Wrestling with Shadows earlier and decided to Google Davey Boy Smith, to find today is the 16th anniversary of his untimely passing.

The Bulldogs are the topic of Prichard's latest podcast that will be droping at some point today

So despite decling tv rating for almost 20 years, falling ticket sales with fudged WWE network numbers (they include hundred's thousands of people not paying), the new TV deals are going to make the company aburdly more money and untouchable.

Reigns has only headlined 4 Mania's (equaling Hogan's record for consecutive times) so far. Imagine how many it'll be in 10 years...

How they got those tv deals is beyond me.

And watching WWE is just pure frustration these days.

Quoted for truth.

205 and NXT are both as good as they've ever been. The other 5hrs per week of content is drivel.

Thank god we have BOSJ as a palate cleanser.

I think 205 Live has been better than NXT for a little while now.

I usually watch both of them in their entirety whereas with RAW & SmackDown I'll fast forward through them.

Who's winning BOSJ?

I would like the final to be Takahashi versus Ishimori.

My guess is Ospreay wins and picks Mysterio as his opponent. Rey is booked for Dominion but doesn't have an opponent yet.

It's been that way since the Super Cena days

It's sad. When you look at their roster there are some fantastic guys on there. But the booking and the production are beyond dreadful.

I cannot even comment on the current WWE product as I haven't watched it in over a year. I imagine however, that it's probably still garbage (which sucks as they have some talented wrestlers under contract).

I've kind of given up on modern wrestling in general, as I agree with old timers on their opinions of lack of selling, story telling, etc.

I find myself watching a lot of classic Ric Flair/NWA era stuff, which I love even more than The Attitude Era, which is what I grew up on.

Biggest NJPW show of the year today outside of the G1-Finals and Wrestle Kingdom.

Jericho/Naito, Okada/Omega ect all in 30 minutes.

Then late tonight it's Punk's 2nd UFC fight. Hopefully it doesn't end badly again.

Best show of the year so far and probably won't be beat, unless there's something really special at the G-1 Finals.

Great run of shows and matches by NJPW, but I don't fancy them selling out the Cow Palace. Only sold a few thousand tickets so far, but with the top of the card announced today I don't fancy the rest going fast.

Kenny/Cody is wrong for a NJPW show. It wasn't that great in ROH and that was just a few months ago. Seems strange that NJPW let ROH do the match first. It looks like Jericho title defense isn't on that show (since he wouldn't want to do a non WWE show in the US) and Naito/Okada are both in tags. Also doing Elegin/Goto and Takahashi title defenses on different shows before then. I'm guessing Suzuki/Ishii will be on a different show too.

So bizarre to book your biggest US show in the modern era and not stack the show.

G-1 Blocks are announced next week I believe.

If you don't plan on watching much NJPW till the next Wrestle Kingdom, at least check out the finals at Bukodan Hall. That's where they'll go all out if they're not injured by that point.

Omega and Ibushi will probably do anything and everything for those 8 stars. Not joking.
