James hardly ever says more than ten words during the interview, while Billy usually comes close to a thousand words. The comment on making another concept album sounds good though! Yeah, I can definelty hear what you are saying about the similar pop characteristics with these and SS. Owata is instantly easy to love. I think I need more time with Freak. I could tell right away that this wasnt a Jimmy album. Amazed by the difference it makes... Billy sounds like he forgot to put his pants on or something with out him, lol. So Im really glad that Jimmy and James could continue on with where Billy had gone as a songwriter with out them on the new album. EvanG Posted November 11, 2018 Share Posted November 11, 2018 That reunion tour must have been somewhat of a blow to his ego, because he was expecting it to be like the GnR' reunion, but instead they didn't sell out most places and only played two European dates because there was not a lot of interest. But I'm glad we're getting new music, a new EP coming out next week (but it already leaked) and next year another EP. Yeah, the roll out hasn't been perfect but I'm really happy with how focoused on new music they are. Seems to be at the core of what they're about.
