I get what you're saying. The General isn't the worst thing they've done. I meant the live performance. Axl's vocals were not good, imo.

I'm concerned with people's hearing, but that's a debate for another day. At least they're playing new tunes. Now I'll crawl back into my hole and stop following the live shows.

Fair enough! I'd be let down if they don't release a high quality version of Monsters, though.

Anything previously unheard/unreleased. I've never been one to clamor for a song I've never heard based on the title. The General comes to mind. No expectation, not really let down by the fact I'm not into it.

After a dozen listens of both tracks I ha e to admit that while I like things about The General musically, the lyrics leave a lot.to be desired. Not really my cup of tea. Maybe a better mix with the official release will change that. Monsters is an absolute beast, though. I have a hard time understanding people who prefer Absurd.

Imagine if someone in the Guns camp took a hot fucking minute and let us know what the story is behind the leaks.

I'm just really glad that I never listened to the cellphone clip, or anything other than the real deal! Completely new to my ears and Monsters is fucking awesome.

Who's to say? Just like with Chinese Democracy, I don't believe this band will release anything until it's physically in my hands (so to speak).

She's a talented player, but not the right fit for Guns N' Roses. IMO.

That would have been worse than DJ being in the band..
