At the end of the day, Slash is playing with Aerosmith and is about to release his third album (in as many years); he is also a content family man who is married to a bird with gigantic jugs. He is also sober and his guitar skills are better than ever (case in point, Anastasia). Axl is a boozed up, washed up, vegas artist controlled by a Brazilian nanny who now is fat. His vocal skills are also shot.

Axl didn't wear the jackets all the time on previous tours so my guess is he tries to hide his body..You can clearly see how sweaty and exhausted he is from the the South America tour pics..Maybe he has red the comments how fans say he is fat and doesn't want to show his body and hides under the jackets

Well, then it's not working, because everyone says the jackets are two sizes too small, he should leave the zipper open etc... If he really is bothered about his body, why doesn't he do something about it ? Unless it's health related, as some suggest.

It's not that big of a deal anyway. If she's genuinely interested, she won't be put off by him asking to set a specific time. If she's put off by that, she's not interested. If asking for a specific time will stop McCoy from bouncing off the walls until the end of the week, I say just let him do it.

Okay, but that's slightly different. Dinner and drinking implies it's in the evening. Then I can totally understand you only set the exact time a few days beforehand, you already now it's in the evening. I meant more like: is it at noon ? Or is it in the evening ?

I wonder if it's some kind of cultural difference, but here, when you set a date (not just a date date, any meeting with friends, family...), you always specify the hour and place. The only time I don't, is when we set a date months in advance. Like yesterday, a friend invited us to her birthday party on Sunday, but didn't specify an hour. I immediately texted back to ask the time. I mean, we have other things to do on Sunday, visiting the family, cycling... So it's only normal the time is set as well. Oh, and my friend answered that she indeed had forgotten to specify the time. I find it really odd to make a date a few days or a week in advance and not set the time. Especially in the weekend, we have a bunch of things to do, and are seldom free the whole day. Anyway, like I said, maybe it's a cultural difference.
