It's not too posh, so I'm looking for a nice summer dress that I can wear afterwards too. A few pointers: I am quite tall, I do like short dresses, but not too short. I have broad shoulders, so not every neckline suits me. So, can any of you help ?

Right, but how do we know it's about DJ at all? How do we know it's not just some meaningless onstage banter? I'm obviously not protecting DJ here - he sucks - but from watching the video I don't see how it's definite that they were making fun of him. I could be wrong.

As for the people wishing retirement: why ? Just stop following GNR and let the rest of us enjoy it (in whatever way). It's not as if there's no escaping GNR these days. If you don't look them up, you'll never hear from them again.

Long time without posting here, but I think I have an experience to share!

I've attended 4 shows in Brasil (Sao Paulo, Curitiba, Florianopolis and Porto Alegre) and the one in Buenos Aires. Im attending Bolivia too.

Cant understand too much why the negativity here. I already seen this band 15 times and it only gets better and better, with longer setlists and with the band getting tighter and tighter.

AFter ending the first show in SP i wasn't expecting much more than that. Then it was curitiba, and we got Nice Boys as an extra. Then Florianopolis, and we got shacklers and the same songs of SP. Then Porto Alegre, and we got Used To Love Her. And in Argentina we got Raw Power, Attitude, My Michelle and all the other songs I've mentioned, in a monster 3 hrs long setlist.

If it wasnt for the money and for the aches I got all over my body, I would do this forever. I think I will never get enough of this band, and I really hope it continues playing shows and releasing new music.

I wonder if the people in this message board will be ever happy with something. What does Axl and the guys need to do to make you all happy? I cant remember when was the last time the people in here was satisfied with anything.

It's good to see the band plays for the ones who attend the shows and not for serial-virtual-whinners. Do me a favour, and try to find one single person who attended one of the 5 shows I attended who got out from the show unhappy.

Glad you enjoyed all the shows! Yes, it seems everyone that went to the shows enjoyed them, except maybe for people who went to the first concert in Rio. Never mind what people on the boards say, just enjoy Bolivia

McCoy, you seem to have issues with not knowing the time (and place ?) of the date. Maybe it's better to get those things immediately out of the way in the future. You could ask what time and where you'll meet because you have other stuff to do on Sunday, like visiting your dog at your parents' house

What Alfie says. His behaviour before Patience makes the abysmal solo even worse. He behaves like an annoying kid. If DJ really can't do the solo, after all this time, why doesn't BBF do it ? It can't be fun for DJ either, trying it all the time and not succeeding. I almost feel a bit sorry for him.

All of you people saying "Izzy played with band before, or Duff played in 2010" it's not the same thing. Bo5h of those were for just a song or two, this is for the whole show, for multiple shows. It's not the same thing. Those other performaces were "guest apperances" this is Duff actually seeing what it's like to be in gnr in 2014, not the same thing at all. Why no one else has pointed this out is beyond me...

I agree. Plus they seem to have special T-shirts made for those five shows with Duff, they tag tweets with DuffIsBack, so the band is treating it differently too imo.

When Axl introduces Duff, he says their regular bass player is doing a REUNION show with the Replacements. Don't tell me a reunion isn't on his mind

Well Axl would have to look at the guitarist with the wierd hat and say "I see you standing there...you think you're so cool....why don't you just FUCK OFF"! Then he'd have to call Slash and we could all see a proper Guns show. Awesome to see Duff back in Guns this week.

I must say I'd accepted the fact there will never be a reunion, but Duff's return has gotten me more than a little excited. If there ever was a real reunion, I would be over the moon, I suspect. Damn you, Axl! Couldn't you just have asked Pitman to fill in for Tommy ?
