I mean, in terms of someone to be around on a personal level, then obviously older Axl. Seeing as that's not something that is an issue then younger Axl. The one that released music, put on wild live shows and was full of fire. That's what made me a fan.

Coma with Adler is one I'd still like. Maybe some high quality live stuff from the 2001/2002 era too. Something to keep us all interested for a bit would be great.

Putting Velvet Revolver back together with different singers might be a good option at this stage too. Would free them up to make music together and I'd certainly like to hear what they did.

Sure. I'll happily continue to pay zero credence to vague comments about a new album until it actually happens. Others are more than welcome to get excited by these sorts of comments, as they have been since 2008. Cynicism is the only rational way to handle vague mentions of a new album, alongside waiting/hoping to be proved wrong. I'm not sure there's been any 'negative spin' needed in the past 16 years. There hasn't been a new album and it's highly possible there won't be one in the next 16. Good luck to you though if you think this means a new album is imminent.
