My god, I am from the UK and been watching the Whitehouse briefings over the last couple of days only to find that Trump  looks like an adult but is clearly a three year old in disguise.  This man cannot articulate intelligently and has little ability to problem solve  and in this period of fear and uncertainty he is leader of the American people, how appalling.    Axl has shown disdain for this man in the past so I wondered if he had made a comment, I hope so!

Wow this is great news indeed, I wonder if Susans' conversation re new album was planned.  Whatever I dont have any expectations  it will just be good, well pretty exciting, to hear new/hybrid music from this band that I, and my friends, have just discoverd

yes but that doesnt mean I, sometimes, dont understand them...afterall it is his life to do what he will.

To be fair there are many other artists who have not commented, nothing to do with laziness or not caring just caught in an incredibly complex situation which the ticket sellers etc are dealing with.

Would it be better to accept there is not going to be any new music and if it does happen then what a bonus....hoping and guessing is a bit like watching a boiling kettle

Is this real....maybe he doesnt like his fans

I am from the UK and listen to a radio station called Absolute which plays GnR most days, if GnR were to bring out new music  there would be much excitement

Aerosmith are still selling tickets for this summer on the web...

Then it seems sometime during the nuguns phase it was "we as a band owe the fans nothing. A fan pays for a ticket we play". nothing more nothing less. Somewhere axl no longer cared about what fans thought about gnr. I dont know why. If i read somd of the online chats axl had with fans, he had a real cut and dried type response. Maybe it was to do with the age of the internet, who knows.

One of the reasons could very well be the internet, so called 'information' must have quadrupled including a load of made up stuff etc

It is not an issue with me to pay such a small sum of money for great art such as this.

I am probably being naive here, but do you think they know that fans are disgruntled at no new music?  Are none of them proud to be part of Guns n Roses anymore?  For example I was proud when I received my degree and still feel the same now but Axl, Duff and Slash no longer feel like this?  Do you think they feel any kind of shame at doing the same thing over and over again with no new contributions?  Trying to get my head around this.

Were they surprised at how quickly they acheived popularity and at how big the band became?  How did they deal with it?

Wow such black and white thinking, if we all followed your economic philosophy then enjoyment for the low paid would be outlawed...indeed punishable. 

There are many other bands that have not stated their intentions yet...strange and complex time nothing to do with the bands.
