I know that last reason sounds stupid but i reckon you have to be in the right place mentally to get up there and give the vocal performance that these types of song demand.It's all about the right attitude I reckon Axl just wanted the timing to be right for himself and the band,with Ashba only recently on board they needed to get themselves together. just speculating of course! He should get better the more shows he does. These are great none the less. Axl's voice has definitely improved in japan from the first 2 shows which i thought was just mediocre to be honest.
