Graeme
Sugar- Water (stir thoroughly to avoid the sugary residue at the bottom of the cup)- Tea- Milk for me. Adding the milk before the sugar means you're less likely to get all the sugar to dissolve.

What are you gonna do about it you giant poonce? This Aussie gains more respect from me every day. I add the tea bag shortly after the hot water, it makes next to no difference to the taste and means that I can make sure all the sugar has dissolved without the distraction of the teabag. I'm very particular about not having half-dissolved sugar at the bottom of the cup.

Johnny Drama
Boil tea leaves and water in pan, pour tea into teapot (strain leaves if teapot has no strainer), pour into cup with saucer, add a spoon of sugar (from a sugar bowl), add milk (from a small milk pot thing), stir a couple times softly, sip like a poonce. My dad drinks his black coffee by chewing on coffee grounds and sipping on boiling water.Your dad sounds like a giant person.
