Outside of North America, Europe, Japan, and Austrailia most sales numbers are just guesses. Leads to a lot of acts attempting to inflat numbers. They say 30 worldwide but we know it sold 18 in the USA. Hard to believe it only sold 12 everywhere else given the band's legacy is so tied into that album. The South Americans worship GN'R because of the songs on that album. And so on.
