It would definitely make sense. He's only two months out of fairly complicated surgery and he's up on that leg a lot, it would be totally reasonable that he'd still a lot of need pain control. You can't see anything shiny or artificial there if you enlarge the picture. The lighter square part is just his skin, and it just happens to look square because there's a shadow above and a shadow to the left (the darker parts). So when we get videos from people close to the stage, that's gonna be our fest!
