I've honestly been done with the band for a little over a year. There's a few users here who can attest to the fact that I've spoken to people in private for around a year now about possibly leaving t

Saw this and thought about the takedowns that has been happening.

I absolutely LOVE Rick's videos.

He's 1000% correct to be so pissed off in this video. The system as a whole (music distribution via the internet) is so broken, it's just sad.

I'd like to say I'm surprised that record labels waste money on employing people just to have videos taken down, but I'm just not.

Record labels missing the point, wasting money on the wrong things is nothing new and it'll continue to be a problem til the end of time.

Then.....because GN'R fans are cursed....we also have to deal with some sad "fans" taking it upon themselves to help the record labels accomplish this ridiculous task.

The biggest shocker here is all the amazing content from 2016/2010 being removed, and yet this monstrosity is still on the official YouTube channel

I'll give that era credit for one thing. If one could get past DJ Ashba it was a cheap way to see Axl live. The bowling alleys didn't charge much.

But seriously, this band makes no sense. What a joke.
