Had to wait in one queue to return it and then wait in a separate queue to order it online since they don't have the non- steelbook edition in store. Is it so hard to train an employee to handle shit like that? If they're meant to be on the floor, keep them there and teach them about the products they're hocking, tell them to get a manager if you haven't been taught how to do something. Dexter is great, though the last few seasons were a slight degrade in quality compared to the first four, but still an enjoyable show. I'd recommend both.
