Hi i am not too sure about ...guitars. But judging by the colour I would call that a Sunset yellow maybe? ..actually, i believe that i saw the word Blondie in the recent video we had today of the band. So Blonde or Blondie is another suggestion. I am sorry i am no help. It's all guess work /assumption.

Yes really a shame he was with us for a sort period of time, he had much more to give but well, you never can look inside the mind where it can get dark, i know i have been there ....yes you can send me the video and can do it by pm, no problem you seem to be a kind loving person...but well how could it be different? we are almost from the same age hahaha just 2 years apart....but you gotta help me out with the difference between posting like we do now, or using pm ? but well go ahead i guess i will receive a notification on here....btw i am going for the last time to see GNR, it will be on the 11th of July here in Holland, i do not know what to expect because the "real magic" is gone. atleast for me because i saw them in there heydays, is that the correct word ?....but 1987/88 till around 1993 that was "my" GNR. nowadays it is a nostalgic act to make money, sorry my humble opion.....okay i'm out, have a lovely evening wendirosez !

Ah ...if you have the pain and the experience of dark suffering too.. i am sorry . i can understand and i feel for you with that
Well reason why i said pm is because i don't know how to attach videos here , there should be a notification in a speech bubble in messages so that should let you know when i posted that video there for you ...actually since then i have found another video ...okay , it is a performance of don't cry lol with Shannon and Axl but it is Madison square garden 1991 .. it is rare footage to me, so it might or might not be to you , but will show you it anyway . and we can absolutely still chat here , out there ,or on pm its all good and i appreciate our connection.
Ah thanks ! you seem to be very kind too i love that we are around the same ago im 45 , hey it is so cool we have been to see Mr Hoon live. and he really was a powerhouse . Yes it is indeed! the correct word heyday/s . i was a fan since the late 80s .. so around 1988/1989 for me to 1993 ! ...you know , we will have a sort of similar opinion on this i feel , because ..i think nothing can beat that time also .. and that's why i gravitate towards your name /profile/long hair (ha!) because it was all there the early 90s, Axl ,Shannon ... they are our memories and they are attached to our youth so there is nothing that can replace that feeling . i am glad you are seeing them in Holland ! I am glad to chat with you

i just want to say thank you for the kind support you are giving me over on that , the AI art thread. I really appreciate it.

The thread is locked so couldn't reply unfortunately , it has been three years~ but ...did you find it in the end? Don't think you are going crazy ,it was a truckers hat if i recall.

Hello,
Thanks for replying though .. I look at the may 29 video on You Tube all the time tsinindy , Wow, you saw them in their prime, also in Indiana his place of birth.
Question -Best Civil War performance of the two Indiana nights ? 1991- 1992 my absolute fave years! Absolutely nothing can ever be duplicated. Lovely stuff.

Always....more than welcome to talk about those shows anytime The 1992 version at the Hoosier Dome was the best version of Civil War that I recall of the three. The thing with the Deer Creek shows is you'd never heard that song before, so which version was best is hard to recall as I don't recall either being terrible, but I recall the Hoosier Dome version more mainly b/c I was more familiar with the song. One general thought is they played several new songs, remember UYI didn't come out until September that year and You Could Be Mine didnt' debut until June, so these songs were all new. There were no "leaks" or anything like that. Unless you had went to one of the few prior shows or were close with the band one way or another, you literally had not heard half the songs. A couple other things, distinctly recall November Rain from night 2 (first time it was ever played live), I don't know why, maybe b/c it was such a departure from everything else, but it was literally amazing. Also, I recall Perfect Crime from night 2 as they opened with that on Night 1. All the stuff you see on Youtube is from night 2, nothing from night 1 is out there. but, at any rate, they opened with Perfect Crime on night 1 (imagine them opening with that and you'd never heard it before). Night 2 of that song was much better. Night 1 was terribly sloppy, but night 2 was much better. I think I rcall that song specifically as it was the opener from night 1, so when it came up late in the set night 2 it was like, "oh yah, I remember this they opened with it last night). Also, they were way late on night 1 and I recall it took them a few songs to find a groove it seemed.
