What would you consider essential music for any collection?

I'm going to start with the Beatles collection, in mono and stereo. Both are necessary imo. WHAT ELSE?

I personally think that Vol. 4 and Black Sabbath are their best. I feel like Paranoid is highly overrated.

I don't think anything is absolutely essential to hear. Telling someone they have to listen to an album makes it feel like the equivalent to forced summer reading that actual enjoyable listening. So, instead, I'll just suggest a few albums I think are worth hearing.

Nah, definitely the self titled. The repeat songs sound much worse on RFL. IMO, Bad Brains is the essential punk album.
