Strange Broue
I'm not sure which one is the best, but this is Axl's highest point as a singer from 5:16 onwards (after the "good night")
Tyson
Roseland in NYC in 2012 was the best Guns concert, and concert in general, that I have EVER seen. Can't speak about the all time greatest GNR show, though. I'm sure that is purely subjective.

SOH
June, 2017 in Los Angeles. Especially the part where Slash completely re-invents Better and the stadium explodes.
Tadsy
a little off topic... but the high point for me was the Freddie Mercury tribute ... man Axl just the Rockstar at that point.... its the high point of guns IMO...Actual Shows... Indiana 91 and Argentina were killer...

Here's why... Haha this is hilarious. I have never seen Axl Rose stand in one spot for an entire set. What's interesting is that those fans probably got one of Axl's best vocal performances ever since he was focusing only on singing. Can you imagine if another bottle had been thrown at him while he was standing there? I really think he might have tried to burn the O2 down.
