Amir
AND WOLFMOTHERI saw Faith No More in July 2012, fucking amazing show. Also saw Wolfmother in July 2012 (EXIT Festival, they opened for GNR), they were pretty good.
Rovim
That's a fuck yeah line up. Some Sabbath and Motorhead to satisfy the classic side, but also Soundgarden and Faith No More for some more modern shit.
Amir
I'm still in disbelief. I've missed out on seeing Soundgarden in London so many times, will cry if I don't get tickets to this. Was considering seeing Sabbath in December but the Bill Ward thing left a bad taste in my mouth, but with this festival lineup I can't say no. Axl_morris
Download, Sonosphere, Calling and BST.. Is rock coming back in a big way to the UK? If i was more local to london, I'd make the effort. Motorhead have cancelled on me twice. Wouldn't hold my breath for this ones.
CAFC Nick
I just saw this.So FUCKING pissed off.Same day as Sonisphere starts..I'm still in disbelief. I've missed out on seeing Soundgarden in London so many times, will cry if I don't get tickets to this. Was considering seeing Sabbath in December but the Bill Ward thing left a bad taste in my mouth, but with this festival lineup I can't say no.Managed to get a Soundgarden ticket at brixton in sept for £20 on see tickets! Always worth a look on there if you didn't get them when they first went on sale.

Definitely won't be missing this, was considering seeing Kanye on the same day but this lineup beats the shit out of Wireless.Sonisphere is just too expensive and out the way for me, if there was a 3rd headliner I really liked I'd consider it but I'm not big on The Prodigy. OTHER. WEEKEND! Can't believe it! Luckily I did go to sabbath at the O2 (had to pay £80 for a ticket - but totally worth it). Did you see FNM at Hammersmith or Brixton in 2012? Went to the hammersmith one and was absolutely spectacular.Edit: and yeah, not huge on prodigy but never seen em so sorta wanna tick them off the list. Considering going to calling and ticking off aaerosmith. Might see if ticket prices go down because I know a few days before that festival a couple years ago they did 2-for-1 tickets online Edited March 30, 2014 by CAFC Nick
Amir
I went to the Brixton FNM show and it was great. Did they open with Tom Jones' Delilah at Hammersmith as well?I was really surprised I could get tickets for the Springsteen Calling show last year a week before the gig, they didn't even sell out on the day. Guess most fans had already got tickets to see him at Wembley 2 weeks before.Just noticed Limp Bizkit is playing on the Friday, at least you'll get to see them! Covering Tom jones was brilliant! Hmm, yes, can't wait to see Fred Durst break stuff instead of seeing Mike Patton et al tear it up! Guhhh still can't believe it! Was actually looking recently at maybe jumping on a plane to Germany to go see Black sabbath with AIC opening. I guess at least I get to see AIC at Sonisphere again!! Just saw Metallica and AiC last year, think I'll pass on both until they release new albums.

Got the train there for the day in 2011 and wasn't ideal. Luckily though it's only about 30-40 miles away so the drive will be fine. Last year after download drove back to London from Derby at about 4 in the morning...never driven so tired in my life!Interested to see how the setlist for Metallica will go, the whole 'by request' thing seemed amazing in theory but seen some sets so far and just seems like the usual hits. jekylhyde
Actually, Limp BIzkit is really, really good live. They're very energetic and don't pretend to be anything they're not.

Amir
I would have gone seen Limp Bizkit in February if I was in London, tickets were only like £20 as well.Love that Ready to Go single from the upcoming album.
Powerage5
Sounds cool, but I've already got my hotel booked in Stevenage for Sonisphere for the whole weekend. Plus I'm using that day to get to Knebworth from the Maiden gig in France, and I'd rather not have to travel from London to Knebworth on Saturday, as most of the bands I care about are on Saturday. I was looking at day tickets for Iron Maiden or Metallica, probably out of my budget though.
realpoti
Amazing lineup. Faith No More haven't done a show in two years, they'll probably play new material this time.

I'm hoping for more this time. Patton wouldn't go on with a cash n' grab tour like Axl.
Amir
Didn't even know they had new music! How often did they play it on the reunion tour?
