Was a time when I would avoid margarine and just eat bread and sandwiches and toast dry because to me, I saw it as it just being lube for bread.

Until I got interested in the cholesterol lowering properties with the Fora Pro-Activ I buy, then I justified 'the lube' and seek to have it at least once a day.

I'm with Snake. It's always very important to find a good justification for the lube. It's too overused without a solid reason.

It's a fibre let it dry you out, say no to bread lube unless it lowers cholesterol.

But the toast gets wet when you put in your mouth, making the process of getting it down easier and more pleasant. Though you shouldn't have dry toast in the first place. Have it fresh and then it's never too dry.
