chorrada
I won't be able to visit the gym for a month or so. Does anybody have some good advice on how not to lose all the progress? Last time I was forced to take a break that happened quite fast.
Lithium
If you're talking about loss of muscle mass, it's unavoidable after a month. I'd say your best bet would be enough food and calisthenics.
chorrada
Any special focus? Carbs? Calories? Tons of everything? I guess the latter since I'm losing weight as soon as I don't eat like a damn sod.
Lithium
No idea, but I would think you'd lose your muscle mass quicker if you were on a caloric deficit.

Snake-Pit
I think I pulled something in my leg, yesterday; went to the gym, jogged a mile @ 8.7 kph (slower than usual for me, who's usually @ 9.3kph)... Cycled for half hour, did some bench presses.... I walked to town all 2 miles away and back yesterday with a dog, that was fun, before the gym, went to gym, went out last night @ 1am/2am... and then that's when I first noticed my leg hurts, in my foot, and the pain resonates up my ankle/shin... Today I went out, walked out and about, and the pain's much worse. What do I do/am looking to go to the gym tonight/some point today too... Chris1989
I will try not to, but I have only run 23 miles this year, and never more than 4 in a day. I'm hoping adrenaline will see me through - I get my reward afterwards though...
