AxlsFavoriteRose Posted September 19, 2016 Share Posted September 19, 2016 ugh automated phone systems! i have been trying to get through to AT&T for hours. i go through their whole long press this and why don't you tell me what you need ( by a recorded voice smh ) and then when i finally get to where they are going to transfer me to a real person it disconnects me! finally i called their repair # even though my issue had nothing to do w/repair but i got a real live person! i explained the whole thing and they got me an actual live person finally. automated phone systems should be banned!
