God knows if he could reconcile with Slash sooner. Axl has the the fault in this....he has shown lack of character in this situation. He feels safe with them and thinks that whatever they do, even if they screw up, is not malevolent. From what I can tell, there aren't any revelations, but it has some cool and funny little stories and comments. He has parties, girls, comfortable life, absolutely no reasponsibility. He doesnt have to worry about anything.
