I heard they remortgaged their house to get the band going again and then Stapp gave up on the promo a matter of weeks after album launch and they lose their label as a result. And I say this as someone who enjoyed both albums. I mean Stapp probably saw that they were touring as a "bar band", and not actually playing clubs and dipped.
