ssiscool
how do you feel knowing that slash is still in VR. me i'm a bit dissapointed as hes wasting his skillrelated discussion - and artical
Streetchild
I'm happy cause I like VR and I'm looking forward to their second album. The only reason why I would want Slash to leave VR is for him to rejoin GNR.

Guest RonMexico82
Having been front row at their concert in Denver last year I have to say that he is far less impressive than when he was in Guns N' Roses. Can't remember a single memorable moment from him in the entire concert and the sound was muddy as fuck. Still it was enjoyable believe it or not. I'd say Velvet Revolver has been a let down overall. I barely listen to their stuff now.
SaskGunner
Id rather see him in GnR thne VR...
W. Axl Kev
Gutted. When I heard I wanted it to be true because I knew it would heighten the chances of him coming home. But it wasn't true. Don't get me wrong Velvet Revolver rock the fuckin' house but Slash's place is side-by-side with Axl. If Slash rejoined (even with the rest of the new members) it would then feel like Guns N' Roses to me. For the exception of Axl, Slash and Duff the rest of the band were a revolving crew anyway.''...But if home is where the heart is then there's stories to be told...'' AxlBooey
If Slash wants to stay with VR, that's fine. He's not the problem, nor is Duff, Matt, or Dave Kushner. The problem is with the no talent crackhead Scott Weiland. He's why "Contraband" was average, and as long as he's there, the band will always be average. If Slash rejoins Axl in GN'R, it's the biggest story in music this year. CAFC Nick
Well put it this way. I'd rather Slash still be in VR than not be involved in music at all.The music world needs Slash.

Rick
If that's where he wants to be that's cool. I'm glad he's not touring with Gn'R.R. Edited April 2, 2006 by x_Estranged_x
JONEZY
I'm glad to see that Slash is in a band that puts out music and tours behind it. Some day, a reunion would be cool. But not now. I want to see what Axl and the current members of GnR can do. We've got 2 more months to wait. I've waited this long, I can wait a little longer. Revolver
I really look forward for their next album, Slash supposed to have couple of really cool guitar riffs there...but I would rather see him in Guns N' Roses
mynameisjonas
eh, VR sucks.he should be doing somethign that displays his talent rather than playing power chords, boring riffs and uninspired solos in VR.
sweet.child
I agree with the people who say that Slash is better off in GNR.But then again, there's nothing wrong with Slash being in VR. It shows that he's moved on and he can make it without the help of Axl.
GET OFF AXLS BACK
While Axl and Slash were at one point like brothers in the end they hated everything eachother stood for... it's no bad news they are apart and hopefully for sanity it stays that way What once was great became an albatros for both
TeeJay410
i think slash is awsome in vr, i think they're the best band out. i really like slash's solo's but no doubt slash will be nothing like he was in gnr, but you cant expect that
Jmm
I never liked Weiland and so I really never liked VR... Anyway I think that the new gnr are quite good but a comeback would be cool....So I just hope that: or slash stays and Weiland is kicked out or slash leaves.... fittoburn
It wouldnt last anyways, they would start arguing after like a day, and it just wouldnt work, we just have to realize this.
Rattlesnake Suitcase
why is this in the gnr section? Why are YOU in the G'n'R section? All you do is hang around the forum like a bad smell and shit talk about the founding members of the band! Slash should rejoin Guns and do VR as a side project. After all, there's plenty of time in between albums.
luvaxl4ever
why is this in the gnr section?why don't u go to one of the gnr forums where almost ANY mention of Slash gets you banned? You might enjoy it more.
