With all this positivity in the air and the success from the shows, it would be a sin if they didn't record some new music. After the tour and any other obligations they have, they should really spend some months in the studio and make it happen. Could be their best album yet if they really try..

Guys I have never been this happy after any of the previous shows. This was the best one of all of them so far, 100% serious. Axls best vocal performance since 1993. ONTOP TWAT, My Michelle, Dont Cry, Yesterdays, in the same setlist, and Axl sounded raspy on all of em. No more mickey on PC too, he buried him for good. The only thing that would top this for me now is if they bust out Nice Boys, and I know that's gonna happen because it was one of the alt. songs they rehearsed. It has been said before, but WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE.

Axl being in a good mood gives us the best chance for new music in a long time. Only time I can remember him this happy is when he re-connected with Sebastian Bach in 2006. He ended up singing on 3 songs for Bach's solo album released in 2007. With Slash and Duff helping him on the songwriting, it should be a lot easier now to get something done pretty quick.

Can't believe the GN'R move is actually gonna be made.  This could be absolutely awesome... or absolutely the worst thing ever.  Hopefully they don't try to pull an actors singing thing, that WILL NOT WORK when portraying Axl.

It would be great if Axl N' Izzy publish an autobiograph book so We can see what happens inside The Band on Everyone's side of view

The newest song they played is from 2003-2004 at best & and they got paid 3 million, so Pitman was absolutly right, they're an oldies band & it's a cashgrab.

You are stating the obvious here. What reunion wasn't ever a cashgrab? Atleast GNRs has the side effect of letting people that became fans decades after the old line up disbanded finally see them live. You cant say the same about other bands ( *cough* LCD soundsystem *cough*) Now THAT band is a cashgrab.

Doesn't matter when the songs were written, the fact is Chinese Democracy was released in 2008.

Pitman was playing songs he had nothing to do with for over a decade (and was happy to do it) and his opinion is absolutely irrelevant to every single GNR fan, those are also facts.

Looking forward to hearing some new gems from Pitman now that Axl is not around anymore to force him to play old shit :shrugs:

1. Why not make money off of a reunion? Would you turn down free money? Don't think so.

2. You don't know what goes on in the band because you're not in it. Any true fan knows it took more than just money to reunite Slash & Axl. They had personal issues they needed to work out first.

3. Where the hell did you even come from? You must be Pittman himself

That WTTJ was so fucking good, man... jeez.

How could anyone not be on board with that??

Now I am so fucking excited for Seattle haha.

Reunion tours are OK with me if the intensity is there... and every show is better than the last it seems.

Agree with you. In fact just going to work every day is a cashgrab no matter what job you do. You're not always doing a job you enjoy but many will stay in a job they hate just for the high pay.

It's not a bad thing if people start shaming Axl into releasing new music. It should have happened for the previous tour. Slash and Duff may have breathed new life into the shows but Richard, Frank and Dizzy must be getting a little bored of the setlist too. Not that they'll willingly leave over it, just like Pitman didn't.
