Just a thought..... Maybe a small theatre tour to try new music and stay in shape for hof and european tour 2012, look what they did in 2006 4 shows at the hammerstein to warm up for the european festival tour 2006 !!!!!!!!!!! good news i feel

Yea, the Edgefest part is what caught my eye, I was all ready to shoot this down as old/false. After seeing that...I dunno.

Perhaps it's to make up to all the Torontonians for moving our show to Hamilton in November :)

Maybe a theatre tour playing Appetite for Destruction in its entirety for the album's 25th anniversary?

Alternate thought: maybe they're doing a small venue so they can record a live album? Toronto is Axl's favorite city to play in recent memory, so it would make sense.
