  1. They already did Mexico tours in 2019 and 2022, bit soon to be doing a full tour again. Tickets are already sold out but there is a waiting list for resales.
  2. That's the last day of Hell and Heaven festival: https://hellandheavenfest.com
  3. I love the Super Deluxe edition of Rumours, hearing early versions of tracks like Planets of the Universe that wouldn’t come out until years later (with very 2001 production).
  4. Yeah I remember "Monstrosity" and "Light my Fire" and thought they were bullshit at the time, and I think someone added "Perhaps" to the list and pretended it was from that original bullshit list to show that we knew about the song before 2019 (which we didn't). tl;dr: lists are all bullshit
  5. I honestly have no recollection of this list being shared before 2019 and can't find any pre-2019 record of it online.
  6. You can hear it very very faintly on the Village leak (I didn't notice it until going back to listen to it after the official release).
  7. I like the solo, reminds me of the ones he did early in the reunion at Vegas.
  8. Day in the life of an "Insider": 1. Throw shit at wall 2. See if it sticks 3. It doesn't stick 4. Proclaim "Plans changed".
  9. Even if he were on top form it’d be a tall order to sing the whole chorus on his own. Melissa’s a good backing singer, could even mix it up from night to night on which part each of them sings.
  10. Regarding the Estranged trilogy connection, I think that’s a result of Rolling Stone playing fast and loose with Bach’s quote about it being part of a trilogy of songs, or Bach misremembering. Bach’s actual quote: So I think it’s more that it relates to two other ChiDem-era songs. What those are and whether we have heard either of them, who knows
  11. Regarding CD2 in 2010, the only thing I know is that when a few of us were getting autographs from Axl outside L'Arc that September, someone asked about a new album, and Axl said "as soon as we figure out what our deal with the label is."
  12. Shipping to the UK is $14 so the total comes to about £51 when converted, about £7 more than you'd pay for a regular merch truck tee.
  13. Loved his Prostitute and TWAT solos in Paris: This is exactly what I wanted from Slash on these songs, and I loved Finck and Bucket's takes on the SCOM and Nightrain solos respectively.
  14. I'm sure I remember reading somewhere that the acoustic guitar at the beginning of the Finck solo in TWAT was by Axl, but now I can't find any credits for acoustic guitar for that track. Am I misremembering?
  15. Now I’m paranoid that the new “ooh oohs” are cannibalised from another unreleased ChiDem era song in the same way the “hey heys” in Hard Skool were taken from Eye On You 🤔 EDIT: Never mind, they’re taken from just after the solo on the demo.
  16. Yeah, it's pretty rare, I think the only 4K HDR videos I've seen on YouTube (which is where we all get music videos these days) have been video game related. Still, we know the Ritz 1991 concert has been mastered in 4K HDR thanks to its press release, still waiting for a 4K Blu Ray release for that🤞🏼
  17. He said a couple of times that the leftovers should be released first and got out the way so they could then write new music together.
  18. Watched it in 4K on my LG C1 OLED, looks nice, would love a proper 4K HDR release of this.
  19. I like Atlas, especially the Brain drums version from the Village leaks. If it never got an official release I wouldn't be too sad since I dig the demo, but I'd definitely buy it the minute it releases, just as I did with Perhaps. We know we're getting The General next so the ChiDem-era tracks I'd want to hear most after that are Soul Monster and Seven. I love the Me & My Elvis instrumental and Axl's description of the vocals, and for Seven I'm down for anything with Beltrami orchestration (and Brain seemed pretty excited about it).
