Is it today(Saturday) October 1st here in the USA, or is it tomorrow night(Sunday) October 2nd in the USA? Probably a stupid question but I'd rather be sure then miss it! The poster that had a laptop to use, you can use VLC to stream the content to your ps3. Basically you have to set it up as a dlna server. In VLC you add the YouTube stream under "open network" good luck, it's been awhile since I've done this and I don't own a ps3 anymore.
