Damn...I'd really love to do Youngstown, but it's 5 hours away, and I have a 7 AM final on Thursday, so I don't think I can really make that work...

Say you have haemorrhoids ... worked for my friend :P

xXx

:rofl-lol:

Seriously, faking rhoids is worth it for seeing Civil War.

yeah neither of the videos do it justice really, it was amazing. as soon as axl said something along the lines of "we're going to do something a little different and play something we havent played in a long time" i knew it was civil war. he also said this was a rehearsal infront of the largest rehearsal crowd in the world lol

I haven't watched my footage yet, but I know Riff Raff was played as well as Whole Lotta Rosie. Two AC/DC covers in one night! I remember they played it towards the end during the encores. When I get some time later today or tomorrow, I'll get some 1080p footage from the show up on You Tube.

I've watched that video of Civil War about 10 times already. Jesus, that's fucking awesome. Can't wait until a full video with the intro gets posted.

My only question is: why now? I know we won't find out, but very interesting that Axl waited until now to break out Civil War, and also if he felt there was any significance doing it in Nashville?

Sweet Jesus, Joseph AND Mary!

That second video was much better than the first - thank you, thank you, thank you Chris Maciel!

I must have listened to the first one about 20 times today. I didnt't get much work done and my hair was standing on edge all day. But, this second one (sure, it would be great to have a video shot from the front of the audence) has so much better clarity. The band is amazing as always, but Axl Fucking Rose - boy does he nail it!!! rock3

Someone bring Myles' fan boys in here and give them this to chew on - Axl's mellow, whiskey voiced delivery at 2:33 and listen to that FUCKING CROWD SCREAMINGGGG!!!! Gives me chills.

Is it bad that I'm a little disappointed Riff Raff seems to be on it's way out the door?

Seriously though, this is an ace setlist.

This show was the most awesome moment in my life (I am 40 yrs old with 4 kids lol). Even my boyfriend who "likes gnr but not a big fan" Rated it tied with the best show he has ever seen and he has been to alot of concerts. I have crappy pics taking with a crappy old cell phone but I will share. Here are my favorites i think

Not to incite an argument, but Fabio is a useless user on setlist.fm. He made multiple changes to the Hamilton setlist that were incorrect, mostly involving the jams. Even after I'd told him I'd been at the gig and was positive of the order, he still insisted he was right. He's done this on other bands I keep an eye on the setlists of too...I remember a particular incident where he insisted Maiden never played Charlotte The Harlot in '05, even after I provided him with audio of it, but that's another story altogether...

I don't know if there's any significance, but my own personal conspiracy theory is that maybe they did it because they haven't played in Nashville since 1988 and felt we deserved it for the long wait and/or also because they stiffed Nashville on the '06-'07 tour when they cancelled the 10/22/06 date and never rescheduled. Even if it has nothing to do with either of those things, Nashville (being Music City and all) has had the good fortune on more than one occasion of special things happening during shows. Last time Metallica was here in 2009, they brought Lemmy on stage as a surprise during the encores and played a couple of Motorhead songs with him.

I hold no hard feelings for the last cancellation and can honestly say now it was worth the wait. Unbelievable.
