He started looking worse gradually since 2009 but since 2011 it's been kinda bad. He seemed to have slimmed down in mid/late 2012 but he looked terrible in these last pictures and the australian tour videos. Don't get why he just doesn't work out, change his lifestyle, get healthy. Dude smokes cigars and drinks all night and expects to sing well an look good? And the sad thing is that he was a 'benchmark' amongst other frontmen in terms of looks and stamina on stage, even when he was already a 31 year-old (1993). Even saddest is that he's aged worse than all the other ex-gunners, that mostly led more excessive lifestyles with lots of substance abuse.
