Guest Len B'stard
Can't you like Kanye AND Hendrix?I certainly can't. Always found Kanye quite boring. Not that that has any bearing on his artistic merit.
username
Can't you like Kanye AND Hendrix?I certainly can't. Always found Kanye quite boring. Not that that has any bearing on his artistic merit.Regardless of his music, I can't even get past his completely horrible persona. The guy is an absolute dick. He's the most arrogant self-centered individual I know in music.

Broskirose
Why were these threads merged? Favorite album and favorite album art are two distinctly different things...

supercool
In 1977 Dennis Wilson's Pacific Ocean Blue became the first solo LP to be released by a member of the Beach Boys. Dennis, the band's surfer, drummer and free spirit, emerged from the shadow of his older brother, pop genius Brian Wilson, and shocked everyone with a sound and style unlike any other. Over thirty years later Pacific Ocean Blue remains arguably the greatest solo work by a Wilson. Fans who have long clamored for a proper Dennis Wilson CD release will delight in this moment, while newcomers will be amazed as they discover the musical treasure within one of rock's true cult classics. This is Dennis Wilson sailing into historic territory... daring and beautiful like the sea itself. Edited June 11, 2014 by supercool

This album is also fantastic (Thanks Lithium for recommending it years ago).

Guest Len B'stard
Sunshine's (dog) image is almost burned in my eyes after looking at it for so long THATS that fuckin' album, the Alice in Chains one, the only one of theirs I've heard! I remember getting into a thing with someone over here and not being able to remember which album of theirs I'd heard, thats the fuckin' one. It's awful. Can't you like Kanye AND Hendrix?I certainly can't. Always found Kanye quite boring. Not that that has any bearing on his artistic merit.Regardless of his music, I can't even get past his completely horrible persona. The guy is an absolute dick. He's the most arrogant self-centered individual I know in music.See i don't mind that if the person makes good music...and he doesn't. You can be as big a cunt as you like really, your personality isn't really any of my business, if the music is good everythings forgivable. Actually, no it's fuckin' not At any rate, an artist is judged on the basis of his music.
Johnny Drama
It's not an awful album. It's actually pretty alright but I'd definitely say it's their weakest from the classic era especially given the LP that came out just before it was fantastic. @Snake - do you listen to anything other than Guns? I haven't seen any evidence to suggest you do.
